2. Service Description

FXDock provides AI-powered market analysis API services. Our neural network models analyze market conditions and provide trading signals. The service is provided "as is" without any guarantees of accuracy or profitability.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are made in USDT via TRC20 or BEP20 networks. The minimum deposit is $400. All deposits are final and non-refundable. API credits do not expire.

5. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of our models; (b) resell or redistribute API access; (c) use the service for any illegal purposes; (d) exceed your rate limits.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, and technology provided through FXDock remain our exclusive property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the API for your personal or business trading activities.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

FXDock services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of our analysis or that you will profit from using our services. Trading involves significant risk of loss.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FXDock be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your remaining balance will not be refunded.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
